1. What information is needed for the app?

We will provide all clinics and doctors with a specific list of information pertinent to their practice.

2. Is the app customized to my individual practice?

Yes.

3. How long does it take to be up and running?

Our apps, depending on customization, can be ready for your practice between 2-3 weeks and submitted to the respective stores for review.

4. Will I have an opportunity to review the app before it is submitted to the store(s)

Absolutely. We will provide a link your non-functioning app for review, correction of information and/or addition of information.

5. What are the costs associated with the production of the clinic app?

    1. The iPhone app begins at $799.00 for production and is $49.00 per month to maintain its presence in the iTunes store for download or $59.00 with push notification.


    2. The Android app begins at $799.00 for production and is $49.00 per month to maintain its presence in the Google Play Store or $59.00 with push notification.


    3. The iPad app begins at $499.00 and is $49.00 per month to maintain its presence in the iTunes store or $59.00 with push notification.


    4. If the customer wants both iPhone and Android app then package price is $1599.00 plus $49.00 per month to maintain in the stores or $59.00 with push notification.


    5. If the customer wants iPhone, iPad and android app, then the package price is $1999.00 plus $49.00 per month to maintain in the stores and push notification is included at no charge.


      6. Is there a fee to change information or content in the app at a later date?

      This will be determined by the amount and extent of programming required to fulfill your request. Simple changes such as the addition of links for social media, there is no charge. It is always best to contact us directly and describe the changes requested to see if additional programming fees will be incurred.

      7. How is the monthly fee paid?

      Fees to maintain your apps presence in the respective stores are auto charged to a valid credit card number one month in advance and occur on the 15th of the previous month.

      8. Is there a contract length?

      There is no contract. You may cancel monthly payments to maintain your apps presence in the store at anytime. Upon non-payment of monthly fee, the app will be removed from its respective store. Written communication regarding termination must be received 5 days prior to the billing date so as not to be billed.

      9. Who owns the intellectual property of the app?

      The app, its intellectual technology, content and raw programming are owned solely by TCC-PA and remain as such even after termination.
